- Domestic shipments from US addresses – will be closed if they don’t arrive within 45 days after shipment creation date.
- International shipments from outside the US – will be closed if they don’t arrive within 75 days after shipment creation date.
- Shipments in multiple-destination shipping plan – will be closed if they don’t arrive within 30 days after the first shipment in that plan arrives.
Shipments with statuses of “working,” “ready-to-ship,” and “shipped” will be subject to auto closure.
