Here is your midweek jetpack of Amazon seller news, updates, and other useful clicks for your e-commerce business…
See Keywords that Drive Your Sales
Huge feature upgrade for PL, brand management, and more! Amazon just unleashed Search Query Performance (SQP) in Beta AT PRODUCT LEVEL. Sellers can now see specific keyword performance data (impressions, clicks, cart adds, and more) for brands and individual ASINs in comparison to the competition.
These reports can be found in Seller Central > Menu > Brands > Brand Analytics.
Mansour Norouzi, Director of Amazon Advertising at Incrementum Digital, also created a sweet template which makes data analysis with these reports fancier. Get it here.
A Few Product Ideas to Sell on Amazon in Q4
The JungleScout team put out a new blog post to help you populate ideas on what to sell in Q4, particularly around holiday themes.
They also compiled a list of products that trended on Amazon this past August. These products may continue to trend for Q4, so check them out.
If you don’t have Jungle Scout yet, you can try it here.
Amazon Adopting “Green” Hydrogen to Replace Fossil Fuels
It may surprise you that Amazon (which ships billions of packages per year) is the leading corporate purchaser of renewable energy.
And, they announced recently their plan to replace grey hydrogen, diesel, and other fossil fuels with green hydrogen in an effort to neutralize their carbon footprint by 2040. Green hydrogen is created using water and renewable electricity (rather than fossil fuels), but it only makes up 5% of the current hydrogen market.
They are also rolling out a delivery route algorithm to significantly reduce miles driven by delivery drivers.
Keep up those good vibrations, Bezos.
How Much More Can E-commerce Expand?
Amazon recently released instruction manuals for users to set up their Alexa Echo devices to turn their residences into smart homes. Smart home connections will make it easier than ever for consumers to place orders through the marketplace. Imagine your father screaming and demanding the TV to send him some more whitey tighties.
With the future of smart homes in combination with one-hour drone delivery, e-commerce is on track for continued explosive growth.
What a time to be alive.
Amazon to Provide Low-Cost, Long-term Storage for Sellers through AWD.
In 2023, sellers will be able to take advantage of the growing Amazon Warehouse & Distribution (AWD) network. In short, you can use these facilities for lower-cost long-term storage and seamlessly replenish inventory to FBA warehouses for short-term storage.
You can also send inventory to any location, including brick-and-mortar stores or wholesale customers for much lower costs than directly through FBA warehouses.

Three Websites for Ungating Invoices
Getting ungated in big brands and categories on Amazon is crucial for scaling sales. The ungating process is notoriously challenging, especially the part of getting invoices approved.
In this tweet, 7-figure seller @flipsformiles shares three great websites that provide invoices that Amazon readily accepts for getting ungated. EastBay for large shoe and apparel brands, EE Distribution for toys, and Frontier Co-op for beauty, grocery and more.
Happy ungating…
